How long does the template customization process take?
Most template customization projects are completed within 2–3 weeks from the time I receive all of your materials (copy, imagery, brand assets, and template access). The exact timeline can vary slightly depending on the number of pages being customized and the scope of your project.
Do you only customize your own templates?
No. While I’m very familiar with the templates I design, I’m happy to customize other Showit templates as well. If you already purchased a template from another designer, I can tailor it to match your brand, messaging, and business goals.

What if I need help with copywriting or branding too?
If you need copywriting, brand design, or additional creative support, just mention that in your inquiry form. I can review your needs and send you a custom proposal that includes those services alongside your template customization.
What’s not included in template customization?
Template customization focuses on implementing and refining your existing assets. This means you provide the copy, branding, images, and template, and I customize it to bring everything together.
Services like full website copywriting, brand design, or advanced custom development are not included—but can absolutely be added through a custom proposal if needed.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
Once you submit the inquiry form, I’ll review your project details to make sure we’re a good fit. If everything looks aligned, I’ll send over the next steps along with a proposal outlining your project scope, timeline, and investment.
From there, once your proposal is approved and your project is booked, you’ll receive instructions on how to share your template, brand assets, copy, and imagery so I can begin customizing your site.
